Ego Fresh

Ego Fresh writes about dependency from within the experience itself. The texts unfold as inner conversations — direct, repetitive, and deliberately stripped of ornament.
Dependency appears not as weakness or failure, but as a relationship: to substances, routines, identities, and self-images that have outlived their purpose. The songs capture the moment when self-deception stops working and honesty becomes unavoidable.
There is no dramatization, no promise of redemption. Letting go is portrayed as a decision, not a triumph. What remains is clarity — quiet, uncomfortable, and real. And from that clarity, a first form of freedom begins to emerge.
The artist performs in German.
